There are usually two main propane tank varieties, the "10pound" nozzle (which also has an older version of connector called "Bulk 10pound), and the "1pound" nozzle. It can be a little confusing knowing the "male and female" side of each cable too (as they are directional), but not too bad, just figure out what you have (most propane-fueled camping appliances / heaters have a "1pound female" nozzle).
